Since 2014, we have served several small businesses, schools, non-profit organizations, corporate companies, and churches throughout the U.S.A. to inspire people to improve as leaders and as teammates.
MoCo is a training company with an emphasis on business training for leadership development, teamwork improvement, and strengths-based professional growth. MoCo includes Melanie Massey and Brian Russell, who are both certified leadership coaches with the John Maxwell Team. We work with several organizations for on-site training if you're interested in having your whole team be inspired. Our workshops typically include right-brain activities to help translate the customized learning experience into innovative thinking and real change.
